Young women and teen girls experience some of the highest rates of violent victimization in the United States, yet most have never been taught how to recognize danger early, respond with confidence, or physically defend themselves if necessary. The Women’s Summer Self Defense Series is our annual hands on training designed to change that. Participants learn awareness, de escalation, and practical self defense skills they can actually use, including how to escape common grabs, holds, and chokes. This series is offered only once a year and it sells out every summer, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
